Free Range Awards Exhibition

From Thursday 1st to Sunday 4th February the three winners of the Free Range Awards 2017 will debut a solo exhibition alongside one another at the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, East London.

The winners of the awards featured their work in the Free Range graduate shows in 2017 last year and include photographers Alexander Mourant and Manny Melotra, and the fine art collective Multiplicity.

In July last year, the director of Dais was on the judging panel with four other judges for the Free Range Fine Art Week 2017. Judges on the panel included Robert Dingle, Curator at Art Fund, Tristan Pigott, Artist, Amah-Rose Abrams, Arts Writer and Emily Steer, Author at Elephant Magazine. The panel selected the talented collective Multiplicity for the award, made up of Jessica Thomas and Clive Kudakwashe from Arts University Bournemouth.

Each year Free Range showcases a series of graduate art and design exhibitions at the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, East London. When the exhibitions take place the company awards several prizes to the most outstanding artists, designers and collectives for that year. The initiative attracts exhibits from a wide range of art schools outside of London.
